Cliffside resort on steep terrain, designed for seismic action to EC8.
3D survey and models
3D models of the typical villas, pavilion and main building were incorporated into a full site 3D survey, to help the architect set pool orientations.
Views kept open
The exposed concrete structure was strengthened where it was cut back to keep the views uninterrupted.
Local materials
With the local counterpart we used local materials and thin structural elements to keep the environmental impact low.
