A three-storey, 17,200 sqm data centre with IT support facilities, rooftop plant, an electrical substation and offices.
Our scope
From validation of the design through to a fully detailed RIBA Stage 4 structural and civil package, including 3D below-ground services coordination.
Flood and utilities
Floodplain compensation and coordination of the primary substation.
