A 30-key Aman resort with 44 residences and spa, part of masterplan work in Cabo.
Our largest civil site
530m wide by 995m deep, raised from 3m to 15m to form new terracing.
Ground improvement
Ground improvement, with loads and soil stability controlled by engineeria, saved 125,000m³ of concrete piles and 12,000 tonnes of reinforcement.
River diversion
Working with Conagua, a river was diverted around the site, so the local community no longer floods each year.
